Quality and inspection

Crusher parts inspection workflow for overseas procurement

XCT Mining organizes crusher part quotes around confirmable data: model, part number, material, dimensions, production route, inspection expectations and export packing requirements.

Buyer-verifiable points

  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 information for supplier review
  • Material and dimension confirmation before production where applicable
  • Machining, visual, fit and functional checks by part type
  • Product photos and packing photos available when requested
XCT Mining crusher parts factory capability and inspection scope
Quality review starts before production: the inquiry must connect the part to its model, material and working condition.
01 Confirm

Model, number and drawing review

Before quoting critical parts, XCT checks model, part name, reference number, photos, drawing notes, material and quantity to reduce wrong-fit risk.

02 Produce

Casting and machining route

Different parts may require casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, milling, grinding or finishing. The route depends on material and drawing requirements.

03 Inspect

Visual, material and dimension checks

Inspection focus changes by part type: liners need material and visual review, bushings need dimensions and surfaces, hydraulic parts need function and sealing attention.

04 Pack

Export packing and documentation

Heavy parts can be packed by pallet or wooden case with product labels, rust prevention where needed and photos before dispatch for buyer records.

Procurement documents

Documents buyers commonly request

Document availability depends on product type, order value and agreed inspection scope. Ask before production if a specific report format is required.
