Material selection

How to choose Mn13, Mn18 or Mn22 crusher liners

Manganese liner grade should be selected from the crushing duty, not only the crusher model. The same HP300 or CH440 can need different liner material when feed size, rock abrasiveness and impact load change.

Quick selection logic

  • Mn13 is commonly considered where impact is moderate and the material is not extremely abrasive.
  • Mn18 is a common middle choice for harder or more abrasive aggregate and mining duties.
  • Mn22 is usually discussed for high-abrasion applications where work-hardening and wear life matter most.

RFQ data that improves the recommendation

Send the crusher model, chamber type, feed size, CSS, processed material, current liner lifetime and wear photos. If abnormal wear appears near the feed opening, discharge zone or seating surface, include close-up photos before ordering replacements.

What XCT confirms before production

XCT reviews model compatibility, mantle and bowl liner profile, requested manganese grade, drawing or sample dimensions and operating conditions. The goal is to reduce abnormal wear, improve liner utilization and avoid repeated confirmation after the quotation starts.
