What to send when asking for HP300 cone crusher liners
A complete RFQ helps confirm mantle and bowl liner compatibility faster, especially when the buyer does not have a clean drawing or exact OEM reference number.
Minimum information
- Crusher model: HP300 or exact machine nameplate information
- Part required: mantle, bowl liner, concave, torch ring or related part
- Chamber type: standard, medium, fine or known cavity profile
- Material request: Mn13, Mn18, Mn22 or current liner material
- Quantity, destination country and required delivery date
Useful attachments
Attach used liner photos, part number markings, nameplate images, dimensions, drawing files and current wear pattern photos. This reduces the risk of quoting the wrong chamber profile or seat geometry.
Operating details worth adding
Feed material, feed size, CSS, current liner life and failure mode help XCT recommend whether the order should follow the same grade and profile or be reviewed for duty-based matching.
