Maintenance notes
Common causes of eccentric bushing wear
When a bronze eccentric bushing wears too quickly, the replacement part is only one part of the answer. Lubrication, fit, contamination and operating load should be checked before the next order.
Checks before replacement
- Oil cleanliness, oil temperature and lubrication flow
- Fit between eccentric assembly, main shaft and bushing surfaces
- Scoring, overheating marks or uneven contact patterns
- Dust, metal particles or water contamination in the lubrication system
- Overload, tramp events or operating outside recommended CSS range
RFQ information for bronze bushings
Send the crusher model, bushing name, drawing or dimensions, material request, used-part photos and any abnormal wear photos. For urgent replacement, include destination country and preferred shipping method.
How XCT supports confirmation
XCT can review material, tolerances, machining requirements and visible wear clues from photos or samples before quoting bronze bushings, sleeves, socket liners and frame bushings.
